About Premo Systems
PREMFA by PremoSystems is a cloud-based set of tools designed to determine whether an individual needs a pre-employment medical and/or a functional assessment, or not at all.
PremoSystems was created by Mark Armstrong, a Perth local and UWA graduate with over 25 years’ experience working as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA) based on his knowledge gained from working with some of Australia’s biggest employers.
The cloud-based system – PREMFA – uses intelligent algorithms to interpret data provided by the potential employee about the role they are being considered for. PREMFA assesses the medical (case history and medications) attributes and physical (functionality) of the potential employee to generate a Fitness for Work risk score which is used to determine if further assessments are required.
